The event was part of the nationwide \u201cTaza Kazakhstan\u201d initiative and continued a series of summer cleanups in the Zhetysu region.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"350\">The initiative, launched by Zhetysu Region Akim Beibit Isabayev, brought together local residents, holidaymakers, volunteers, and representatives of government agencies. Since the start of the swimming season, similar cleanups have been regularly held on the shores of both Alakol and Balkhash, helping restore the natural beauty of the coastlines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"603\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Participants collected litter left behind by careless visitors, demonstrating that cleanliness is the result of shared responsibility.
