From August 13 to 16, an information tour “Altyn-Emel” was held in the Zhetysu region, aimed at developing tourism and increasing the flow of tourists to the National Park “Altyn-Emel”. The tour invited special guests from Italy (Rome, Venice, Bologna, Milan, Ancona), Singapore, Malaysia, the Netherlands and India to personally appreciate the unique natural and historical attractions of the region. The tour program included a visit to the “Visit Altynemel” center, ancient burial mounds of Sak kings – “Besshatyr”, memorial museum named after Sh. Ualikhanov, excursions to the amazing mountains “Aktau” and “Katutau”, 700-year-old willow tree, unique natural phenomenon – “Singing Barkhan”, and also ended with an excursion to the mosque of Zharkent.
