The “VISIT ZHETYSU” tourist information center organized an informational tour from December 23 to 25 to promote the tourism potential of Tekeli city and Eskeldi district.

The tour aimed to highlight the region’s winter tourism potential. Activities included showcasing ski resorts, winter sports, ecotourism, cultural events at @tau_zhetysu, and wellness programs for medical tourism at the @lok_karatal sanatorium.

Participants explored accommodations such as @vuslat_tekeli, @njala_residence, and @sdvor_tekeli. An excursion was organized to the “Alakai” confectionery factory in Tekeli. Additionally, visitors toured the @pivo.tekeli malt plant, learning about its history and unique features, and sampled its beverages. The region’s winter landscapes and landmarks were also showcased, including the Buddha Stone, the Viewpoint, Kora Gorge, and Japanese Houses.

This initiative strengthens Zhetysu’s brand as a winter tourism hub and contributes to increasing the flow of tourists.
