Zhetysu region is renowned for its winter tourism diversity, including ski resorts, winter sports, and unique natural landscapes. To further develop this area, the Visit Zhetysu tourist information center organized the “Winter Zhetysu” informational tour from December 18 to 22.

In his address on tourism development in Kazakhstan, the President emphasized the importance of modern promotion platforms, particularly social networks like TikTok and Instagram. In this regard, popular travel bloggers such as @symbat.ramazanov, @travelove100, @zhuldyz_rakhmet, @alimbek_ulan, @19_region, and @daniyeliv were invited to the tour.

During the tour, participants visited recreation areas in Tekeli, including @vuslat_tekeli, @njala_residence, and @sdvor_tekeli. They tasted malt beverages, relaxed amidst wild nature at @viking_tekeli eco-camp, experienced freeriding at @tekesu.tekeli, tried paragliding and traditional bath rituals, and took part in winter activities at the @tau_zhetysu ski resort.

This tour marked an important step in the development of the local tourism industry, opening new opportunities for growth and prosperity. During the informational tour, travel bloggers created content, promoted tourist destinations, and increased their popularity across Kazakhstan.
