Art Gallery of A. Kasteev

Abylkhan Kasteev Art Gallery was opened in 2004 on July 30 with the implementation of the state program “Cultural Heritage”, aimed at the restoration of historical and cultural monuments and sites in Kazakhstan, as well as in connection with the 100th anniversary of the national artist A. Kasteev. The historical building built in 1880, by the decision of Akim of the region was restored and transformed into the art gallery of A. Kasteev, which became a cultural center for guests and residents of Panfilov district.

The main purpose of the gallery is: to create its own collection of works of art monuments of the Kazakh people and peoples of Kazakhstan, fine and decorative-applied art of different countries and peoples.
