Monument “Ush baiterek”. In the very center of Zhetysu pearl stands a majestic monument erected in 2006. The monument is called “Ush Baiterek”. The sculptural composition depicts three famous historical figures – Eskeldy-bi, Balpyk-bi and Kabylisа-zhyrau, who lived at the turn of the XVII-XVIII centuries and made a significant contribution to the defeat of the Dzungarian hordes.
