Tourist Information Center “Zhetysu” jointly with the Ministry of Culture and Information from 21 to 23 August this year held a literary tour dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet and writer Ilyas Zhansugurov. The purpose of the event was to strengthen cultural ties between the regions of Kazakhstan and increase interest in Kazakh literature and history among young people. The tour included a tour of the Zhetysu region and a field meeting of the youth literary club “Alqa”, created with the support of the Ministry of Culture. This tour will be held annually, and our young poets and writers will dedicate beautiful poems about the nature and beauty of our region.
