Exactly three years ago, the Tourist Information Center “Zhetysu” began its journey with the mission of bringing tourism in our region to a new level.

Over these years, we have:

  • Helped thousands of guests discover the beauty of Zhetysu;

  • Organized more than 100 tours and events;

  • Created and revitalized the “VISIT ZHETYSU” brand;

  • Hosted dozens of festivals, expeditions, and social initiatives;

  • Carried out over 30 info and press tours for media, bloggers, and tour operators, spreading the word about Zhetysu far beyond our region;

  • Showcased our destination at national and international tourism exhibitions;

  • Developed new routes — from ethnographic tourism to active and eco-friendly adventures;

  • Supported children’s, social, and inclusive tourism, opening travel opportunities for diverse groups of visitors;

  • Launched promo campaigns, media projects, and creative initiatives that strengthened Zhetysu’s image as a welcoming and modern region;

  • United efforts with businesses and cultural institutions to ensure the sustainable growth of tourism.
